We are Raphael and Hajer, passionate about Yoga for many years and eternal students of this wonderful science of union. The idea for this site came to us during our Yoga training, with our teacher Cyrus Fay who has been transmitting and inspiring us since 2001. As we had to guide postures, we gradually began to build simple and effective maps. to help us in this process. This is how the cards were born YogĀrkana poses. Little by little, the site is enriched over the course of our research and our practices through new maps (sequences, mantra, chakra, mudra and pranayama), and through thematic articles. By sharing our passion, we also wish to contribute to the dissemination of a holistic and integral Yoga, a Yoga of three bodies far from clichés and which, we think, can help transform humanity.
Our sources of inspiration are those of our dear master teachers Cyrus Fay and Tony Dabau as well as our reference masters Shri Mahesh, BKS Iyengar, Krishnamacharya and Swami Satyananda.
The YogĀrkana cards and the accompanying audio instructions cannot in any way replace the supervision and supervision of a certified Hâtha Yoga teacher. The images integrated into the cards are intentionally imprecise in order to give pride of place to the detail of the instructions and ultimately to individual feelings in practice.
Do not hesitate to leave comments or suggestions, we continue to build and enrich the site at the rate of our practices and our discoveries. May YogĀrkana bring you as much as he brings us.
Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti
